Pain in Anal right side

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I had Pain in Anus last 10days. After coming out from toilet lots of pain in right side Anal. I will check my anal inside its found that hard 1-2 small stone like structure what is that? What should i do. Next? Is that piles?
