Pain in abdomen
I underwent Proctectomy+IPAA+covering loop ileostomy on 01st Nov 2019..Last week I had severe crampy pain l,loud abdominal noises,heaviness(continued from Monday[30th Dec 2019] -Thursday]and before this I had the same problem on 19th Dec) was on liquids and then it reduced..Again Yesterday night around 10pm,started having same type of pain..Was getting severe cramps and vigorous abdominal movements and sounds were there,stoma output was not there..After 5am,output came..Now also cramps are there and heavines all over abdomen...All tests(X ray,ct scan-with oral contrast,X ray-barium meal follow through using gastrograffin solution) are normal...What is the reason?Is it adhesions?How can they be diagnosed?Please answer...kindly help me..Im in trouble..
