Pain in abdomen, groins and prostrate

Hello sir, I'm Arjun. I've this pain in my areas near kidney side (left and right abdomen) since 6-7 months. Recently 3-4 weeks ago blood came from my urethrea (penis tip) It was only then when blood came so i ignored but now in these week i have pain in walking and running in my prostrate region (lower abdomen), groins (testicles) and in penis. The pain in kidney area is common all the time and pain in lower abdomen is too growing common. Please tell me what to do I live in kanpur, UP R
