Pain heart related or nerve pain
Sir im suffering form left hand pain past 6 months the pain is starts from left shoulder to fingers... Sometimes is dull something its very worse and pain in upper left chest ...
Note : 5 months before done ECG , ECHO, TMT test report is Normal, and having gastritis
Lipid profile normal
I don't the reason for pain if i search in google it shows heart attack . . Im so scared

Sir ur pain is only on shoulder but not in neck then it may be due to shoulder stiffness firstly u should move ur shoulder up and down it may be slight painful for u but it will help to reduce the pain. Do shoulder exercises properly and regularly.

Hello sir, it could be radicular pain from neck, get CT or MRI by consulting an orthopedic or neuro physician. As you said you have history of gastritis, gastritis can also cause radiating pain in chest and arm.
