Hi, To get a detailed history about your problem, you should contact your physician and get yourself clinically examined and relevant investigations could be done. Few basic tests which you may need are serum calcium, albumin, CBC, and vitamin d levels. You may need supplements of calcium and vitamin d if you are found to be deficient.
