Pain during the 1st or 2nd day of period

I am 20 yrs old women Pelvic scan i found my right 0vary size is 3.27×2.11 And 3.31×1.98 left ovary . I found few 8to 10 small cysts less than 1.0cm in both ovary What can i do for cure ? Is it in last case?
