Pain during sexual intercourse

Asked for Female, 22 Years

My first penetrative intercourse was very painful. Afterwards whenever I have tried it has been awfully painful even with proper foreplay and lubrication. Therefore I am not able to have proper sexual intercourse. My periods are fairly regular and ultrasound reports come back as normal.
