Pain During Sex

Asked for Female, 16 Years

So recently I have begun to feel a very sharp pain in my lower abdomen near the right hip during sex. I really notice it during deep penetration, and it continues to ache afterwards. My period cramps also tend to be very painful and I am always on painkillers during that time. There is no strange discharge or smell but this continues to be a hindrance in my relationship. Should I go to the Hospital? Is this normal?
