Asked for Male, 27 Years

Doctor, i m suffering from shin pain in my legs during running. Pain is much extreme that i couldn't able to stand on my feet after running of 1600 metres. Please help me out by prescribing the medicine or any steroid. But it not to be effect my stamina. Thanks
