Pain during passing urine

Asked for Female, 25 Years

My baby of 1month 20 days baby boy getting pain during passing urine ,I observe Little bit repture to the testis due to over heat ,is it due giving more dose of 0.9 ml of zincovit drops per day for more than 20 days please help whether the pain is due to over dose or not

Zincovit drops will not cause any overheat.. If baby is having pain while passing urine, it may be Urine infection.. Or it may be normal.
