Due to dryness of vagina, intercourse is too painfull for my wife, could you please suggest any medicine or gel or any other solution. please provide any guidance.

You can use lignocaine or xylocaine jelly or KY jelly or lubex for lubrication. Also get a hormonal profile done for her to know the cause of this and if possible get her examined to rule out any vaginal infection she may b having.
