Pain during and after

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Swelling around anus and inside rectum feel like sharp pain sometimes which lasts for 1/2 hrs..I don't have this problem everyday but I had this issue 1-2 times before in a span of 3 months. This pain doesn't last long but that sharp pain feels like there some pin like obstruction inside. Any suggestions or medicines please.
