Visit a dentist to evaluate the position of the tooth. Do warm saline gargles 3-4 times a day. If pain is severe, you can take analgesics and apply mucopain on inner cheek in affected region.
Please take an X-ray and evaluate the growth pattern of the molar. If there is no space for it to come out normally , then extraction wud be the only logical option
