Pain come from dent ribs

Age 35 pain between lungs and rib cage my right rib cage dent inside imall Rib protrusion right underneath both of these indents. Now there is a pain at the point where the indentation is the deepest on my left side only. Coughing or sneezing causes a sharp pain Jumping on a large Trampoline causes sharp pain, These symptoms came after I had a severe lung cold.
