Pain chest
Since last couple of days I was having too much acid reflux and heartburn issues. It is my postpartum period post delivery. I took probiotics tablet, ENO and every other thing which is possible but there is no relief. And since yesterday I feel pain in my chest and it's like something got stuck there. I feeling pain when I breathe or do some task. Kindly suggest any remedy or solution to deal with such situation.

[ ] Hi, follow some basic life style changes:Stop tea, coffee, spicy food. Take your timely. Avoid cabbage, capsicum, citrus fruits ( for a while). Don't drink water with food, take after 40 min. as much as you want thereafter. Don't lie down immediately after food. Finish your night meal by 8.30 pm maximum. Always keep your stomach 1/4 th empty. You can divide your meal into 5-6 times a day. Avoid the particular food, which you observed that after taking you feel bloating, fullness, upper abdominal pain/ discomfort, reflux symptoms etc. Take tab.
