This looks more like acidity or mild reflux, especially since it is worse in the morning and there is throat irritation. It can also be simple muscle strain.
Next Steps
Avoid late-night meals, spicy food, and use a thin pillow. If pain persists, please consult me for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Dear Patient, Pain and burning between the shoulder blades, especially in the morning, along with occasional throat irritation, is most commonly due to muscle strain, poor posture during sleep, or acid reflux (GERD). Since your bowel movements are normal, it is less likely to be related to a gastrointestinal infection. What you should do - Check your sleeping posture and use a supportive pillow - Avoid lying down immediately after meals - Try gentle stretching exercises for the upper back and shoulders - Drink warm water in the morning and avoid heavy or spicy meals before bedtime - Maintain good posture during the day Medicines (if needed - Antacids or proton-pump inhibitors for suspected acid reflux - Mild pain relief or muscle relaxants if pain is significant Consult me urgently - Pain radiating to arms, chest, or jaw - Difficulty swallowing or persistent throat pain - Severe or worsening back pain not relieved by posture or rest For further guidance and personalized treatment you may consult me on Practo anytime.
