Hii..Pain is because of tartar deposition around the teeth. There is too much of tartar surrounding your teeth & gums that is causing infection in your gums & your teeth will fall if not treated. It is looking like pyorrhoea, this can be because of medications, poor oral hygiene. Get checkup & full mouth x ray done. According to that get the treatment done as soon as possible.
