Pain at urine and anus part. Homeopathy?

Hello ,my sister is 40 yrs of age... sometimes she feels severe pain and contraction... actually she has this problem from the tym she got married at 23..but at that tym the frequency of occurrence is once in a year...then it goes on increasing and now it's once in a day...or even sometimes it's twice a day...allopathy doctors consider it as urine tube infection...but taking medicine she just get temporary relief...then she started homeopathy from last 3 months...and until she is taking homeopathy she is completely fine...and according to homeopathy doctor..it's just because of her anxiety...now my question are 1.what is this problem actually a UT infect or anxiety? 2.which kind of medication should she follow? 3.does homeopathy instant relief means steroids are present in medicine or its normal effect of homeopathy? Pls suggest...
