My father facing pain in left knee, solution without surgery ? pls advise what to do now? Moderate fluid noted in the supra patellar bursa and joint. T2 hyper intense small collection seen in postero-medial aspect of joint. Impression: MRI features suggest – •High-grade partial tear of ACL. •Intrasubstance tear at PLC. •Sprain at medial collateral ligament (Grade I). •Diffuse tear st medial meniscus. •Moderate joint effusion. •Popliteal cyst.
