Pain around vagina

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I have red inflammation around my vagina. I have a hemorroid so I am used to dealing with red rashes around my bum, however it's never sore around my vagina. There is no peeling skin, just red, I am not suffering from vagina discharge or bleeding or pain when I pee. I am also not pregnant and had my last period 4 days ago.
