Pain around caesarean scar

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hi I m a mother of 2 boys one is 4 yrs old nd other is 10 months old both caesarean. For the past 10 days, while passing urine I can feel some tightness around my bikini line ( caesarean scar - left side) and too much of white discharge. Tightness in the form of some pressure. After passing urine, it is normal. What to do?
