Pain around ankel's

Asked for Male, 68 Years

Was doing "vajraasan" and had a sudden pain in both my ankel's... then rested for few days and took pain killer and it got better... now around a month back i suffered from chikenguniya and ever since that there is unbearable pain in area around both the ankel's ... when I take pain killer it gets better but otherwise it's paining mostly... any advise on this ??? Or any medicine??
