Pain and watering from right eye
My younger brother poked my right eye yesterday. Its paining and watering from right eye and right nostril is present. At times, severe pain occurs on opening the eye after long time. Foreign body sensation occurs on moving the eyeball however, no such thing is present inside. There is a slight black spot formed on the cornea on upper aspect of eyeball. Kindly help

You are likely to have a corneal erosion, which is quite painful on blinking.
You should see a doctor who may put a bandage or a bandage contact lens for early healing of erosion.
You may use lubricating eye drops or just close your eyes and put an eye pad on it till you see a doctor.
