  4. Pain and swelling. Painkillers for him?

Yesterday my son fell down and he injured little bit on his nose. He got little scratch and his nose is swelling. Whole night he couldn't able to sleep because of pain. Please can you suggest any painkillers for him? He is just 1year 10 months baby.
