Pain and swelling in upper gums
From past two days, feeling pain, discomfort and swelling in upper gums. Tried gargling with alum and salt in warm water but no relief. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Pls share your upper teeth picture.
As many reason may lead to this condition.
Long term Deposition of food debris and followed by calculus deposits which may cause dull ache, sensitivity and gum swelling.
Vitamin deficiency may cause this condition.

Betadine Mouth Gargle, 2-3ml hold in mouth for 3 mins and spit put. do not drink,eat or rinse mouth for half an hour followed by that.

Gum swelling may be becoz of many reasons...
Erupting wisdom tooth
Altered harmonal levels in the body
Altered sugar levels
Improper oral hygiene
Trauma or injury to the gums
As the details are very less in ur question its very difficult for us to come to a proper diagnosis
Next Steps
Better use acene sp tablets thrice daily for 5 days along with oflox oz twice daily for 5 days and stolin r gum astringent in the places where there is swelling for 4 times a day
