Is pinching caused due to low back muscle pain and inflammation ?? i visited a.physiotherapist she said its inflammation in muscles

if it is just inflammation of muscle it will subside by physiotherapy,even if the pain persists after 6-7 days of physiotherapy consult orthopedic surgeon
