Pain and no periods after unwanted 72

Asked for Female, 16 Years

I had an medical abortion at 5 weeks on 2nd August. The pain and bleeding completely ended by 28th August. My periods were due on 5th Sept but it didn't come. I had intercourse on 9th Sept and took unwanted 72 within one hour. The next day morning I started having pain which was relieved by talking meftal spas but when I stopped taking meftal spas, it again increased and now even after taking meftal spas the pain is still persistent and not coming down. Today I had and pregnancy test and it was negative. I still haven't got my periods after abortion. When will my periods come? Am I pregnant? How will this pain stop? Please suggest me what to do I can't visit local doctor for consultation.
