Pain and light period

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Pain in right lower back which radiates on the flank and some times near navel. Periods come regularly on time but stays just 1 day or half and very light bleeding almost nil but blackish in colour. Pain is since 7 months and the period problem since 4 months. USG shows no cyst
