Pain and fever after fingering

Me and my gf spent a night together ,we didn't have sex but i had fingered her 3 to 4 times .this happened 3 days ago and from the next day onwards she got stomach pain, vagina pain ,high fever ,weekness,and she even have problem when pee and once she even blooding from vagina while peeing. i don'tknow why did this happen .she visited a common doctor and he told it's coz of she had picked up some heavy things or it can be cause of the hot season .can you please help me out of this ?what can i do to make her fit and fine ?and why is this happening ?m too much worried .help please
