Pain and cut while intercourse

I feel a lot of pain while penetration and recently got cut on frenulum twice (gap of 10 days) with lot of bleeding. My foreskin is bit tight too. I cannot ejaculate as I do not enjoy sex because of pain. I am 26yrs old newly married guy and I am afraid of my sex life. Please help.
