Pain and burning sensation

I have the symptoms like burning sensation in my hands feet n chest.. somtimes tingling sensagion2. pain in my ribs(often) n neck and arms n itchy at times in my body. discomfort in my neck. i hAve these symptoms for a while. but last 2 days its been worse. the pain in my ribs and burning sensation too at night plz help me should i check with neurologist? help me why i am getting this symptoms thank you doctor
