Pain and burning

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I am having muscle pain all over body and burning pain (nerve pain)all over body including vaginal area. All joints are paining. Twitching all over body. I have ibs. Some warm feel in the particular part of body and that part will be paining and burning. All time am feeling thirsty. I have previously diagnosed with genital herpes and took treatment three months including nerve tablet later they told no need to continue tablet. Till now am having these issues. I have taken RA and ANA Test also all are negative.
