Pain and bleeding after removal of iud
My girlfriend was found with a iud embedded in her uterus wall, yesterday she went to have a procedure to remove it and replace with a new one. She told me they struggled to remove the iud then when it finally came out there was a lot of blood and she was in pain. And carried on bleeding after. Is there any cause for concern?

Get an ultrasound done to see the damage done by the previous IUD, she should not have had got another one inserted at the same time, and should have allowed her Uterus to heal up first .
