I feel pain and the colour of gum is dark. This happens at the end of my right lower jaw from 2 days.
On the left side of my mouth at the end of my left side lower jaw there is a small white patch at the corner of my molar teeth but no pain yet. What it could be should I go for a check up?
Please provide me suggestions. I have also attached the pictures of both problems.

Hello. There is an erupting 3rd molar which is causing this pain. This condition is called pericoronitis. Pericoronitis is a painful condition characterized by severe pain inflammation and swelling in the gums in the 3rd molar region. It is best advised to get the wisdom tooth extracted. The erupting/impacted 3rd molar also causes caries to the adjacent tooth (due to improper oral hygiene and inadequate brushing), radiating pain to the ear, cheeks, neck, throat and headache. Hence it is best advised to get it extracted/removed once diagnosed.
