Pain & Swelling in Diabetic Mom

Hello Doctor, My mother, Smti Shakuntala, aged 64, has been experiencing persistent pain in her neck, knees, and hands for the past 5 years. She has a history of diabetes and high blood pressure. Recently, she developed slight swelling on the left side of her head accompanied by pain. Additionally, she often feels pain in her left hand and left eye. Occasionally, her leg feels stiff and painful, especially during cold weather. We are concerned about these symptoms and would appreciate your guidance in understanding the possible causes and the next steps for her treatment. Thank you in advance for your help.

Symptoms are suggestive of arthritis, might be due to diabetes or autoimmune or vit d deficiency. Get hba1c, ese, crp, uric acid, ra factor, vit d levels checked . As per reports u need to take treatment accordingly.
