Pain all the time

Asked for Male, 39 Years

I was born 1978 breech 10 1/2 pounds naturally. All my life my legs seem to tire our fast I could never keep up with the other kids. When I was 18 I had vercose vien surgery. From my knees down both legs small cuts to rremove re veins. ( my brother also received the same .but does not have as much pain) now I am in constant pain lots of pain medication. I just don't understand why scans show my spine is ok.
