Pain after protected intercourse

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Me and wife were having sex I suddenly happen to give a hard thrust she started feeling pain in the left side of her lower stomach. This happened 3 days before. Today we were again having a protected intercourse she started to have harsh pain in the same area Since 3 she was having soft pain at the same area I wanted to know If there are any chances of internal injury or bleeding or any other serious problem Really worried kindly reply asap
