Pain in upper back, chest neek with change in position the pain start 2 months ago when I m suffering from dengue. My blood test vitamin d 13.1 & B12 is 625 I m taking shelcal & vitamin d weekly oral solution 1 month My other ecg, xray 2d echo reports are normal. I mconfused that is this muscle pain or other problems.
Please advice.
