Pain after banding of intetnal haemoroid

I am suffering from internal hemorrhoids first I got banding done on 23 May 2019 at PGI Lucknow. In the starting January 2020 I got some problems again so I got my banding done on 5 feb 2020 From the very first day of bending it pains a lot while after going to washroom and passing stool hand pain did not go not it's on for hours but as soon as I soak it into hot water hot water sitting and the pain goes on it's more than 6 days how long up to do this
