Pain above testicals and behind penis

My testicals gets swelled and there is pain above testicals and behind penis and bladder which corrects after few hours. Then again it happens after few days. Plz help

Kindly go for Ultrasound Scrotum for the well being of your testicles and they are painful and as far as the swelling is concerned May be a certain amount of fluid is accumulated in the Scrotum, which will be cleared by the Ultrasound Scrotum, please do it as soon as possible, before it is too late or increasing injury to the testicles.
