I m severe PAH patient and already diagnosed at PGI, Chandigarh I took sildenafil citrate pill since last 4 yrs. I have chest pain all the time and shortness of breath. I was very thin, only 40kg and height of 5" 4. I need more weight. What shall I do?

With conditions like this being over weight is more dangerous. You have to concentrate more on nutrition rather than weight. There are more medicines available for pah like ambrisantan but you need to show your cardiologist for that.
