Hi, I am 39 years old, given birth to two daughters through normal delivery. Now suffering from moderate back pain and abdominal pain. Taken complete USG of Abdomen and the results are as given below: 1) Intramural fibroid in uterus (size 1.5 x 1.3 cm) 2) Endometriotic cyst in left ovary (4.1 x 4.0 x 3.3 cm) 3) Right Hydrosalpinx
