Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hai..iam 25 years old female with PCod...I have regular periods..now iam under Follicular monitoring on today I have done test on 11th day of my periods and the report is 07,09,10 mm in right ovary and 08,09,12.5 mm in left ovary . And Endometrium is 8.5 mm. Is this Condition can i get pregnant or I have to wait can you please suggest.
