It's not possible to predict this way .It depends on the cycle duration and also do a LH kit test and that would be a better test to predict the day of ovulation

Looking at the discharge it is impossible to predict whether revolution happened or not
You can either use ovulation strip kits available in the market or go for an ultrasound called follicular monitoring
