Ovulation bleeding

The last day of my menstruation was August 25, this morning September 5, about 4am got up to used the bathroom and I notice light bleeding with pain like I want to menstruate, I am ovulating and the pain is making me feel tired, with lower back pain lack of appetite, can you pls help cuz this is my first time this is happening to me.
