Overweight and miscarried child

I am trying to get pregnant from last 6-7 months i have taken clomiphene citrate course too for that i had a miscarriage a year back . Nowdoctor advised me to have HSG test .is there any chances of blockage in my fallopian tubes? N m overweight too so i want to know can i workout on trademill will it be harmful for uterus or it will be fine?
