I have anxiety about future and due to that i am not living my daily life happily. Before few days i have started overthinking about god, our creation. If god created us then whom created god. I know no one knows it. I was thinking after i die do i know the reality. Sometime i thought if this all things in life is moh maya then why i have expectations about future. I am trying to ignore this type of thoughts thats why i have started yoga and try to keep my mind busy still my mind keeps thinking. I don't have any issue in family, financial. Do another people also have this type of thoughts. I want to back to my actual life where i don't have any fear and i was happy. How do i cure it fully. And how to avoid this type of overthinking in future.

Running every day at minimum speed around 10 minutes. Don't sleep in the afternoon. Sleep well at night. U will be having normal happy life within a week
Focus on your breathing daily. During inhalation ur belly should come out and during exhalation tummy should go in. Practice this twice a day and during that moment when u think too much...breath in n out from nose and close d eyes. At a time practice 5 to 10 times. There is only one thing in life i.e. present.. no past no future... when ur day starts, make small goals n try to complete those at the end of day but your goals should b small like watering plants, nurturing them; talk with them observe them, like this choose small small activities which u like and can do so when u ll complete your goal u ll feel happy and you ll b busy... drink 3lit of waters daily, walk daily 15min, ex daily, check your vitamins d3 n b12, help someone needy once a week. This ll give u happiness. Practice these things at least 40 days...because our brain neuron needs this much time period to learn n adapt. And everything is inside u... u have the power of healing ur thoughts n emotions just feel it with your each breath that u take...
