Overeating in first trimester
Just 1week back my pregnancy got confirmed . 5 and 1/2 week pregnant.I have little nausea during morning, little bit constipated, headache .I feel like eating something ..am totally avoiding sugary and outside food .am eating more fruits .is it ok to eat ? Have a metallic taste so eating some fruits to beat it .is it ok?

All these are symptoms of pregnancy.dont worry .you can eat plenty more of fruits .plz take folic acid tablets for 3 months .
