Overbleeding since last 15 days
Hii my sister 13 yrs old. I had my 1st period 3 months back and it was normal.. the 2nd was also normal but since the third one i am overbleeding since last 15 days. She has no other disease. .
Also she is having slight burning sensation in her stomach when she is eating food. What should be done in regards do it.. is it serious.?

ask her to exercise
avoid prolonged fasting
avoid fried and spicy food and she can take an antacid
