Over Filtrations after Rt.eye Trab.
Dear Sir My Right eye Trabeculactomy done in may 2017 In PGIMER Chandigarh. After surgery my iop is very low. Presentaly Average is 0 MM Hg to 4 MM Hg. My Distance vision is poor Optometrist advised me use - 1.5 glass.I am using glass. but I am not clearly see objet. Please advised me any Treatments of over filtration/ Hypotony and Vision clear Medicines. With warm Regards

Hypotony due to overfiltration may be due to loose suture in bleb or overfiltration per se . It can be treated conservatively with medication if vision is maintained. If vision is falling then it may be due to macula decompensation which requires treatment

Kindly get a second opinion as long term low IOP can cause hypotony maculopathy.
